This photo exhibition is a commemorative event to display photos and pages from the collection of the Hochi Shimbun, one of the oldest newspapers in Japan, which was first published in 1872 as the "Yubin Hochi Shimbun" and will celebrate its 150th anniversary on June 10, 2022.
With rare photos and articles from "Sports Hochi," a sports newspaper that has been reporting the excitement of sports entertainment since 1949, we will look back on The Decisive Moments involving stars from various fields that characterized the history of the Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa eras.
Rare items will be on display, including a large panel autographed by Shigeo Nagashima, the Yomiuri Giant's lifetime honorary manager, which has never been shown to the public before.
